The Impact You'll Make

As our Body Shop Manager, you'll be the driving force that keeps our shop running smoothly. You'll balance hands-on leadership with operational oversight-ensuring repairs meet our high-quality standards, customers leave happy, and our team works efficiently and safely. Your leadership will directly shape our shop's reputation and success in the community.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily shop operations, from scheduling repairs to managing workflow for our skilled technicians.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers-providing estimates, explaining repairs, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies to process claims and approvals.
  • Maintain quality control by inspecting completed work before delivery.
  • Manage parts ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships.
  • Monitor shop performance metrics and implement process improvements.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment where technicians can thrive.
