The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the automotive industry, with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with partners and customers. This role involves overseeing shop operations, delegating work, and fostering a positive team environment. The Auto Body Shop Manager will also be responsible for developing and executing targeted goals, ensuring that all team members have a clear understanding of objectives. A Pennsylvania damage appraisal license is required for this position.
### Key Responsibilities
