Position Description: The selectee will perform as the Decision Technologies Entry-Level, Junior or Mid-Level Contracts Management Analyst for a US Navy Weapons Engineering and Program Acquisition Support contract. YOU MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR A DOD SECRET CLEARANCE Responsibilities * Assist the Government to draft procurement-related documents in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations and associated supplements and DOD 5000 series requirements. * Assist in the administration of contracts, to include preparation of Procurement Requests, Modification Requests, and Technical Direction Letters/Technical Instructions. * Collect, review, and analyze information in order to make recommendations to the Government. Define the nature and extent of problems. Analyze relevant data, which may include financial expenditures, contracts, employment, or legislation. * In the course of preparing recommendations, understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture. * Report findings and recommendations to the Government through written reports, briefs, and oral presentations. Required Qualifications * Entry-Level : Some education in pursuit of a business or contracts careers. * Junior-Level : 1-3 years' experience as a contracts or program analyst * Mid-Level : 4-7 years' experience as a contracts or program analyst for a Government program office Desired Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business, Policy, Finance, or related discipline * Direct experience as a contracts or program analyst with NAVSEA or PEO IWS program offices. * An active SECRET clearance * Knowledge and experience referencing and analyzing DoD 5000 legislation, the FAR, and the DFARS * Experience working with contracts and acquisition documentation for ACAT-1/2/3 acquisition programs. * Ability to work effectively with team members and subcontractors from various technical, acquisition, and administrative disciplines * Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills * Ability to develop and deliver coherent and concise customer presentations Travel Requirements: Limited travel requirements (<10%) Compensation: Compensation at Decision Technologies, Inc. is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
