About the Opportunity
Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced, insured 1099 roofing contractors to support residential service work orders from our national property management partners. We're not a lead service-you're paid directly by us for completed work, and we supply materials when needed.
If you own a roofing business and want to supplement your workload with routine, fast-pay work, this opportunity is ideal.
Industry Standard Roofing Skills We're Looking For
We need reliable roofers who can perform:
Roof Inspections & Diagnostics
  • Leak detection
  • Storm damage assessment
  • Flashing and ventilation inspections
  • Moisture or mold risk identification

Minor Roof Repairs & Maintenance
  • Shingle/tile replacement
  • Nail pops, small puncture patches
  • Sealant application at vents and flashing
  • Gutter cleaning and minor repairs

Roof Replacements & Large Repairs (Estimate required)
  • Tear-offs and underlayment installation
  • Full or partial re-roof (asphalt, TPO, tile, etc.)
  • Soffit/fascia board replacement
  • Attic ventilation solutions

Job Documentation
  • Before/during/after photos
  • Clear notes in portal for each job
  • Material needs communicated up front

Requirements
Contractor Requirements
  • General Liability Insurance (COI required)
  • Worker's Comp Insurance MANDATORY
  • Valid W9 and Tax ID
  • Licensed roofer in your state (if applicable)
  • Own truck, trailer, ladder, and roofing tools
  • Smartphone for portal use (job access, photos, updates)
  • Clear communication, professionalism, and jobsite cleanliness
  • Must complete short onboarding call before receiving jobs

Disqualifiers
  • No active insurance ( GL and WC MANDATORY)
  • Unlicensed (where required)
  • Poor communication or incomplete jobs
  • No ladder or ability to access residential roofs
  • Unwilling to complete onboarding/training call
