Job Description for Heating Technician:


E.C. Shaw Co. Inc. is seeking heating service technicians for a full-time position.

Job Requirements for Heating Technician:

  • Applicant must have a valid driver’s license
  • Applicant must have a heating service background
  • Applicant must have an oil burner technician certificate
  • Applicant must have extensive experience in heating as it pertains to oil and gas boilers and burners
  • Applicant must have good communication skills and be able to explain technical information to customers.
  • Applicant must work well with others and also possess the ability to work independently.
  • Applicant must have knowledge of tools, ability to follow controls/wiring schematics.
  • Applicant must participate in on-call schedule.
  • Applicant must keep company vehicle organized and clean
