Job Summary
Our client is seeking a QA/QC Manager who will be instrumental in driving the quality assurance and control functions. The ideal candidate will support and lead QA/QC teams, mentor staff, and make critical decisions to uphold the company's quality infrastructure. This role is key to supporting new product launches and facility expansions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead QA/QC teams with a focus on independent decision-making and mentoring staff.
  • Defend decisions confidently while serving as a supportive layer of leadership.
  • Support significant site growth and production team expansion.
  • Strengthen quality infrastructure in tandem with operational growth.

Qualifications
  • Experience with Environmental Monitoring, Personnel Monitoring, and Visual Inspection Programs.
  • Strong knowledge of HPLC, GC, Dissolution testing, and Sterility testing preferred.
  • Ability to mentor and develop existing staff with a strategic mindset.

Skills
  • Technical expertise in QC methodologies and regulatory requirements.
