  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access to the facility, verify credentials as directed, maintain visitor and contractor entry records, and report access-control concerns to site leadership.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; follow emergency response procedures and notify appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
