The Opportunity:
You will play a critical role in constructing, maintaining, and repairing high-impact power distribution systems across field environments. This role lets you leverage your technical expertise to lead crews, solve complex overhead and underground challenges, and ensure operational excellence for top-tier clients.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Install, maintain, and repair overhead and underground electrical distribution lines.
- Lead and guide field crews on-site to ensure safe, efficient, and precise project execution.
- Operate specialized tools, bucket trucks, and equipment in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Diagnose and resolve field transmission and distribution issues to minimize operational downtime.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams and site leadership to maintain seamless workflows.
- Drive project performance to consistently achieve milestones and trigger completion bonuses.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of consistent, hands-on experience as a Lineman or electrical utility specialist.
