Job description

We're thriving. And as such, we're looking to add to our professional roster of freelancers and contractors in Canada. Over the last 8 years, companies throughout Canada have come to trust The Well to provide them with the right people at the right time. Covid and the economy have only accelerated that need, and The Well was perfectly positioned to help. We're now looking to add to our already awesome roster of people. The things we do ask for are:

  • need to be located in Canada
  • Must currently be 100% freelance and have been for at least three years - or -
  • Are a professional fractional/contractor

We are looking for freelancers and contractors in the following areas:

  • Front end developers (all tech stacks)
  • Marketing Strategists (traditional, digital, etc)
  • Writers (content creation, long copy, pr, ad copy, etc)
  • Designers (web design, product design, UX/UI, graphic design, etc)
  • Social Media (strategists, content creators, writers, demand generation, etc.)
  • Product (management, design, analytics, research, etc)
