Job description

CRBR is seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Office Coordinator to support our restoration and construction operations. This role is ideal for someone who has mastered office administration, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys helping train and support others.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office and project administrative activities
  • Manage accounts receivable, billing, collections, and project reporting
  • Maintain accurate project documentation across multiple software platforms
  • Coordinate schedules, resources, and project communication
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and payroll time records
  • Manage TPA platforms and job management software
  • Assist with employee onboarding and branch administrative functions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns
  • Train and mentor new employees
  • Support other branches and departments as needed

Qualifications
  • 2+ years with CRBR or 4+ years of equivalent office administration experience
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and job management software
  • Experience with accounts receivable and collections
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to train and support new employees
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
