Job description

ATI Restoration, LLC is a national leader in construction restoration. ATI takes pride in assisting all of our customers and clients -- no project is too big or too small. We are adding to our teams and have an immediate opening for an Program Administrator.
We are looking for someone who understands and is familiar with
24/7 EMERGENCY SERVICES. Someone who has a sense of urgency and can work in a fast-paced environment. This person must be flexible and be able to support various divisions at any given time with or without notice. Must be able to effectively time manage their desk on their own so deadlines or meeting deadlines are never missed. This position requires an individual who can work independently and has initiative. We also want someone who is a strong communicator and is not afraid to ask for help either.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and review incoming emails and communicate important updates, rejections, approvals, and project status changes to project directors through Salesforce Chatter.
  • Track and manage overdue items in the TPA's and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Review emergency service jobs for updates and verify that photos, documentation, and program paperwork are uploaded and current.
  • Monitor job trackers and identify projects requiring updates or additional action.
  • Review Contractor Connection for overdue milestones and coordinate follow-up as needed.
  • Add new program jobs into tracking systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and distribute daily program activity reports to management and office staff.
  • Collaborate with project directors, adjusters, contractors, and internal teams to ensure efficient project progression.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in project coordination, program administration, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based project management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

**Industry/Restoration/Construction experience is a plus
