Job description

We’re currently seeking an experienced Lead Electrician to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in doing the job right, mentoring others, and upholding high standards on every project.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee electrical installations on commercial and multifamily construction projects
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure proper layout and installation
  • Supervise and support journeymen, apprentices, and helpers on site
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with local and national electrical codes
  • Maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Florida journeyman or master electrician license (preferred)

Physical Requirements:
