The Opportunity

You will serve as a premier field leader driving the successful execution of critical HVAC mechanical solutions. This role allows you to lead installation crews and mentor apprentices while ensuring high-quality workmanship. You will have the autonomy to manage on-site logistics for an industry leader with over 70 years of success.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Supervise and execute HVAC installation projects from inception to completion.
  • Install advanced heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems efficiently.
  • Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices to build long-term career growth.
  • Coordinate complex job site logistics, tools, and materials for field operations.
  • Troubleshoot real-time installation issues and provide effective technical solutions safely.
  • Maintain strict adherence to local building codes, company standards, and safety procedures.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and project managers to ensure excellent service.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience in the field.
  • Proven experience leading installation crews or managing mechanical teams successfully.
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems and code requirements.
  • Proficient troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills for field documentation.
  • Valid driver's license alongside a mandatory EPA Certification.
  • Physical capability to lift heavy equipment and work comfortably in various weather conditions.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Active NATE Certification or equivalent industry technical credentials.
  • Demonstrated experience with specialized ductwork fabrication and precision installation.
