Requirements

Account Manager: This is where you come in.

We’re looking for an Account Manager to meet with identified Healthcare customers on an assigned cadence to review, enhance and/or identify opportunities. You will act as a point of contact with existing customers to answer queries, increase client satisfaction and address clients’ needs while providing education on the services we offer.

Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero:

  • Consult with customers to develop goals and success criteria and a strategy to convey value that leads to sales renewals and upselling opportunities
  • Communicate and identify all the services MacDonald-Miller has to offer at an established building to facility manages, property managers, building owner and business owners
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within a building or account
  • Ensure CRM is updated and that you provide timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives

The Account Manager role reports to Breanna Langston – Senior Project Executive on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.

Your Background: What kind of person will thrive in this role?

You should have…

  • A track record of understanding of Mechanical Systems and how they operate
  • Expertise leveraging a deep understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems in medical and critical environments to explain services to existing clients
  • College degree and/or 5+ years of relevant work experience – Past Mechanical experience is a plus
  • Solid understanding of customer relationship management software and MS Office & Excel

Benefits

Compensation: Base rate of $75,000-$90,000, plus commissions and vehicle compensation. Eligible for ramp up and bonus.
