Snapshot / Role Overview

We're looking for a BAS Service Account Manager in the Seattle area to own and grow building automation service accounts for a controls contractor.

Impact

  • Keep clients' buildings running efficiently and keep them coming back.
  • Turn service relationships into upgrades and long-term contracts.
  • Be the trusted voice clients call first.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with key accounts and make sure their systems hit performance goals.
  • Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting on Tridium Niagara, Metasys, BACnet, and Schneider systems.
  • Spot and recommend upgrades that grow each account.
  • Coordinate with project teams from installation through ongoing maintenance.
  • Act as the client's main contact for any concern.

Must-Haves

  • Based in the Seattle area with a stable work history in the industry.
  • Deep knowledge of building automation systems and major control platforms.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves
