Job description

NEXT Electric, LLC seeking full-time Electrical Project Manager in New Berlin, Wisconsin.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or work authorization support. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.
Job Summary
  • Plans and organizes electrical construction projects.
  • Understands customer expectations; ensures projects completed on time and within quality standards.
  • Visits various construction sites and interacts with crew, customers, leaders, and general contractors to ensure jobs are running as expected.
  • Reviews estimates with estimators prior to submittal to customer to ensure accuracy.
  • Contacts vendors to obtain materials for projects.
  • Processes paperwork required for each project.
  • Promotes a safe working environment for all work activities.
  • Participates in annual performance evaluation process.
  • Maintains employee relations.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications
  • 3 or more years' experience in PM role managing construction/electrical projects.
  • Knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC).
  • Bachelor's degree Construction Management, Engineering or Business preferred.
  • Experience with Accubid preferred.
  • Proficient skills in use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
  • Ability to communicate effectively using a variety of mediums.
  • Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles, and drug-test as may be required per federal or client contract, or DOT policy.
