You will take complete ownership of multiple residential jobsites, driving them from permitting to successful completion. Your leadership ensures projects stay on schedule and within budget while maintaining high construction quality. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Coordinate multiple residential jobsites simultaneously to ensure strict adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Direct subcontractor workflows and maintain strict accountability for installation quality and safety protocols.
  • Manage construction permitting processes seamlessly through Florida county portals like Accela.
  • Inspect project progress regularly to guarantee full compliance with Florida wind and flood building codes.
