Your leadership ensures projects stay on schedule and within budget while maintaining high construction quality. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Coordinate multiple residential jobsites simultaneously to ensure strict adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Direct subcontractor workflows and maintain strict accountability for installation quality and safety protocols.

  • Inspect project progress regularly to guarantee full compliance with Florida wind and flood building codes.

  • Resolve complex on-site logistical and technical challenges independently without escalating minor routine issues.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience managing general contracting projects specifically within the state of Florida.
  • Proven experience navigating local county permitting portals and managing complex AIA billing cycles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Florida wind and flood building code compliance for residential structures.
