This role will lead the planning, design, coordination, and execution of complex advanced technology, research & development, advanced manufacturing, life science, and innovation environments.
The successful candidate will combine technical expertise, project leadership, and client relationship management to deliver high-performance environments that support scientific discovery, innovation, and operational excellence. This individual will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and design.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
- Lead life science and advanced technology projects from programming through construction administration and occupancy.
