We are seeking a Counter Sales Associate & Warehouse Supportemployee to join in ourOperations teamin ourMoncton office. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day counter sales operations by assisting customers with product inquiries, order processing, and providing exceptional customer service, while also supporting warehouse functions including receiving, packing, picking, and shipping orders in a clean, organized, and safe work environment.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for counter sales inquiries, including walk-in, phone, and email requests, ensuring prompt, knowledgeable, and professional service.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple counter transactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and customer satisfaction.
  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Pick and pack orders efficiently, ensuring items are correct and ready for shipment.
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery and pick-up, coordinating timelines as required.
  • Label and organize products systematically to support efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using ERPsoftware, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with company standards.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, contributing to a safe and compliant workplace.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks as required, ensuring proper handling of materials.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned


What You Bring

  • A high-school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a warehouse/distribution centre environment, including the use of ERP
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with prior experience in a sales/customerservice-basedenvironment.
  • A valid forklift license, and previous experience with a forklift
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • The ability to bend, lift, crouch, kneel and lift up to 75lbs
  • The ability to stand for long periods of time
