We are searching for a dedicated Contract Administrator to join our team The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in contract management, document control, and administration in alignment with our company policies, legal standards, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies, legal requirements, and owner specifications.
  • Administer office operations efficiently.
  • Maintain strong administrative and organizational competencies.

  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and owners to achieve project goals.
  • Set delivery schedules, monitor project progress, and liaise with clients and suppliers to address issues.
  • Independently plan, schedule, and execute daily tasks.
  • Engage in numerical calculations as required.
  • Read and interpret complex documents.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective objectives.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and review contracts; elucidate contract terms to stakeholders; ensure contract compliance and risk analysis; and manage contract records.
