Contract Review Associate
Location: Lawrence
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Position Summary
The Contract Review Associate is responsible for reviewing customer purchase orders and related documentation while supporting customer communication in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role works closely with internal departments to ensure accurate order processing, timely updates, and high-quality customer service.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Process and enter incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to customer phone calls and emails regarding order status and related inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer questions, concerns, and issues
  • Prepare customs documentation for international shipments
  • Track in-house customer orders and prepare inventory reports as required
  • Support daily operations within a busy customer service environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
