Description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Video Content & Recruitment Marketing Project Manager to lead and support initiatives designed to attract and engage future field representatives, with a primary focus on college graduates and early-career talent.

This role sits at the intersection of recruitment marketing, content strategy, and project management, serving as a key liaison between advisors, recruiting teams, creative partners, and offshore support resources. The successful candidate will oversee the organization, optimization, and utilization of video and testimonial content that strengthens employer branding efforts and supports talent acquisition objectives.

This is not a hands-on video editing position; however, candidates should have a strong understanding of video production workflows and be comfortable managing projects from concept through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead video content projects from planning and development through final delivery.
  • Partner with advisors, recruiting teams, creative teams, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Audit, organize, and manage a growing library of recruitment and testimonial content, including 90+ existing videos.
  • Review video transcripts and identify compelling content segments that align with recruiting, employer branding, and career marketing objectives.
  • Develop content recommendations and ensure assets are properly categorized, accessible, and effectively utilized.
  • Support the planning and execution of advisor, client, and employee testimonial video initiatives.
  • Manage project timelines, production schedules, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Coordinate with internal editing and creative teams responsible for content production and post-production activities.
  • Ensure all content aligns with recruitment messaging, talent attraction strategies, and brand standards.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders and provide regular project updates, status reports, and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve content organization, workflow efficiency, and content utilization.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing multiple content, marketing, video, or creative projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Understanding of video production processes and content development workflows.
  • Experience coordinating testimonial, interview-based, or personal storytelling content.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects with minimal oversight.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and keep cross-functional teams aligned and on schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, employer branding, career development, or workforce attraction initiatives.
  • Background in content strategy, content marketing, or audience engagement.
  • Experience supporting recruiting efforts for sales organizations, field-based teams, or advisor networks.
  • Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, or sales recruiting.
  • Working knowledge of video editing tools and post-production processes (editing experience not required).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
Ideal Background

The ideal candidate has successfully managed high volumes of content and creative projects while understanding how storytelling and video can influence recruiting outcomes and candidate engagement.
