Position Summary... What you'll do...Role summary:
The Manager, Quality Assurance leads the development and execution of quality assurance programs to enhance customer and operational excellence. This role involves analyzing performance data, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver on right first time quality. The position requires overseeing quality audits, partnering with product development and design, and ensuring compliance with company standards. By fostering continuous improvement and driving accountability, the manager supports business objectives while promoting a culture of integrity, respect, and high performance. This role is critical in advocating for the customer on quality allowing us to build trust and advancing organizational goals.

The Quality Assurance team is dedicated to upholding customer trust by delivering consistent, high-quality products and services. This team addresses complex quality challenges through collaboration and continuous improvement efforts. Emphasizing critical to quality attributes, risk analysis, and upfront quality in development, the team drives accountability, clear communication, and leadership to implement corrective and preventive actions. Utilizing data and industry best practices, members align processes with business objectives and support ongoing development to ensure excellence in manufacturing and product integrity. Their commitment fosters a culture of precision and reliability across all quality assurance initiatives.
What you'll do:
  • Manage quality assurance programs by conducting audits, analyzing key performance indicators, and delivering actionable feedback to improve customer service levels.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and industry best practices to enhance quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop right first-time quality products, and corrective action initiatives when necessary.
  • Lead root cause analysis and risk assessments to address service gaps and support continuous improvement in product development.
  • Fostering teamwork, accountability and promoting a culture of learning and high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards while driving operational excellence.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience in quality assurance management, including conducting quality audits and delivering actionable feedback to improve service quality.
  • Expertise in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and risk analysis to enhance quality processes.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems, standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage stakeholders and drive product enhancements.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and compliance with company policies.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
