  • Facilitate the processing of vehicle title and registration paperwork at various Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) offices nationwide.
  • Ensure accurate, complete, and timely handling of all title and registration documents in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Maintain meticulous and traceable documentation for all transactions, ensuring that each document remains unchanged from its original state from creation to archiving, with any alterationโ€”intentional or accidentalโ€”being clearly detectable.
  • Document and report all interactions with DMV personnel and other regulatory officials.
  • Provide regular status updates and communicate effectively with internal teams regarding title and registration progress, challenges, and resolution strategies.
  • Represent Anew Transport with a high level of courtesy and integrity when dealing with DMV officials, inspection stations, and other external partners.
Compensation and Travel Details:
  • This position requires extensive nationwide travelโ€”up to five days per week.
  • Transportation and lodging expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
  • All expense reimbursements require itemized receiptsโ€”no exceptions.
  • This position pays $250.00 per day.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license required
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated reliability and commitment to completing tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of, or experience with, vehicle titling and registration procedures across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and documentation discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage changing priorities and travel schedules on short notice.
  • Capable of being away from home for extended periods of time with minimal downtime between trips.
