Excellent opportunity for a Development Engineer with validation and testing experience to join a globally recognised engineering manufacturer. This is a technically challenging position supporting the development and validation of advanced industrial power systems, offering the opportunity to take ownership of projects from test planning through to data analysis and final recommendation.

Working within a specialist product development team, you'll play a key role in delivering verification and validation programmes focused on performance, durability, reliability and emissions objectives. The position offers significant autonomy, exposure to major development programmes and the opportunity to work closely with a wide range of engineering stakeholders.

With several new programmes entering development, this role offers the chance to influence validation strategies, drive product improvements and contribute to the successful delivery of innovative engineering solutions.

The Role
  • Plan and deliver verification and validation activities across new and existing product development programmes.
  • Analyse test data, identify trends and provide technical recommendations to support engineering decisions.
  • Lead root cause investigations, failure analysis and corrective action activities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.
The Candidate
  • Degree qualified in an Engineering discipline or possess equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience within validation, verification, testing or product development environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting engineering data and producing technical reports.
  • Background within automotive, aerospace, industrial, power or related engineering sectors.
