Ascendo Healthcare is seeking a motivated Executive Recruiter to join our dynamic team. They are responsible for the full recruitment cycle. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to build relationships with candidates. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in supporting our client's staffing needs and ensuring that we attract top-notch candidates who align with our client's needs.

Duties

  • Research to identify candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.
  • Collaborate with the Account Managers to understand their client's staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews ensuring a smooth scheduling process.
  • Assist in contract negotiations and ensuring compliance with employment laws
  • Support employee relations initiatives by fostering a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with ATS software and HRIS systems; experience with Salesforce or UltiPro is a plus.
  • Strong research skills to identify potential candidates effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple job openings simultaneously.
  • Prior staffing industry is highly preferred but not required
