Full Stack Developer - local to McLean, VA area only

Location: McLean, VA (100% Onsite)
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Rate: $65-$70 per hour W-2

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer with experience in modern web application development and a foundational understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). The ideal candidate will possess strong development skills, a willingness to learn new technologies, and the ability to work within a collaborative Agile environment. Exposure to SOA, API integrations, or enterprise application development is preferred, but hands-on expertise can be developed on the job.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.
  • Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Build and support backend services, APIs, and integrations.
  • Participate in application design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Assist in developing and supporting SOA-based services and enterprise integrations.
  • Learn and apply SOA principles, integration patterns, and service-based architectures.
  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues.
