Responsibilities Employee will provide support to the NGA Integration Test and Image Quality Office (TAC) which is the primary integration testing and quality assurance organization. Employee will assist with providing independent verification and validation of software and hardware, and information system releases prior to operations. * Experienced with frequent use and application of technical standards, principles and theories. * Works under general supervision, providing solutions to technical problems of moderate scope/complexity. * Sources, selects, and qualifies components used in the company's technology. * Investigates alternate component technologies or supplies, reducing cost and improving quality and reliability. * Acts as technical interface between component/production suppliers and development engineers, determining new and alternate sources.

* Evaluates supplier change notification and qualifies changes, as needed. * May maintain component data management system including qualification records/results/documentation.
Qualifications Required: * Must possess and have the ability to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Poly * BS 2-4 Years or MS 0-2 in Imaging Science, Physics, Engineering, Mathematics or related STEM field. * Working knowledge of Image Quality Equations (IQEs) to include creation and application. * Basic understanding of simulation and modeling techniques or the image creation process. * Working knowledge of imagery systems to include basic types of PAN, IR, and RADAR. * Working knowledge of various basic ELTs, Matlab, and mathematics/equations/functions.
* Basic knowledge of sensor types to include airborne, space-borne, and FMV. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. * Proficient in oral and written communication skills
* Able to develop and use more complex concepts and processes, conduct root cause problem analysis and develop technical solutions to problems

Desired: * Familiarity with current GEOINT systems, products and development, as well as exploitation software packages such as all ELTs, AGITK, and other software plug-ins or applications necessary to develop test and verification methodologies.

There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
