Job Description:

A Surg Tech specializing in Pediatric Cardiac OR is needed to assist in cardiovascular surgical procedures by handing supplies to the surgeon and managing instrument counts. The role requires experience with neonates to adult-sized pediatric patients, including those with congenital anomalies and developed cardiovascular conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform 1st scrub role, handing supplies to the surgeon and counting instruments.
  • Assist with general OR cases when the CVOR is not busy.
  • Participate in weekend call rotation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of Pediatric CVOR experience in a 1st Scrub Role.
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST), Basic Life Support (BLS), and WA State License.
  • Proficiency using EPIC EMR.
