Job Title: Central Sterile Technician
Facility: Resurrection Medical Center
Address: 7435 W Talcott Ave, Chicago, IL 60631, United States
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.5 per hour
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Resurrection Medical Center is seeking a Central Sterile Technician to support surgical and clinical departments by ensuring instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and ready for use. Candidates must be organized, reliable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Decontaminate, sterilize, and assemble surgical instruments and trays.
  • Operate sterilization equipment and monitor cycles for accuracy.
  • Inspect and maintain instruments to ensure proper functioning.
  • Maintain inventory and restock sterile supplies as needed.
  • Follow infection control standards and safety protocols.
