Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc.-Allied is seeking a travel Sterile Processing Technician for a travel job in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Job Description & Requirements

Shift: Nights (NOC)
Schedule: 5x8s, 40 hours/week

Required Qualifications
Sterile Processing Certification required
Minimum 5 years of Sterile Processing experience
Strong Endoscopy (Endo) competency
Experience working in a stand-alone Sterile Processing department
Documentation experience required
Experience with:
Cerner EMR
CensiTrac
Load documentation/tracking systems
Required Case Experience

Candidates must have sterilization/processing experience with:

Orthopedic Trauma
Total Joints
Neuro
Spine
Cardiovascular cases
Important Notes
No time off can be approved during the contract
Must be comfortable working night shift
High-volume acute care experience strongly preferred given the specialty case mix
 

 will not consider someone a unless they are 90+ miles from facility


 

Must-Haves: Certification, 5+ years experience, Endo competency, stand-alone SPD experience, specialty instrument experience, Cerner/CensiTrac knowledge, and no planned time off.
