Sterile Processing Technician (SPT) – Travel Contract | Req #10227

Position: Sterile Processing Technician
Duration: 13 Weeks
First-Time Travelers Accepted: Yes
Charting System: Epic

Responsibilities
  • Perform sterile processing duties including:
    • Decontamination
    • Instrument cleaning and sterilization
    • Assembly and preparation of surgical trays
    • Endoscope reprocessing
  • Follow infection prevention and sterile processing standards.
  • Inspect instruments and equipment for proper function and cleanliness.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow department protocols.
  • Ensure availability of sterile supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with surgical and clinical teams as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of sterile processing experience – Required.
  • Sterile Processing Certification required.
