Position Summary

The Senior Project Manager supports mission-critical objectives under the referenced work order by overseeing overall contract execution, stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment across the EDA program. This role leads program-level risk management and governance while engaging with senior DoD and interagency stakeholders.

Job Description

  • The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing overall IDIQ contract execution and multi-Work Order coordination.
  • The position requires managing stakeholder coordination at senior government levels.
  • Managers will ensure strategic alignment of program objectives with mission requirements.
  • The role includes leading program-level risk management and governance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

The contractor shall provide personnel who meet one of the following requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; or
  • A minimum of eleven (11) years of professional experience managing complex technical projects.
  • PMP certification required.

Candidates must have demonstrated experience in the following areas:

  • Program lifecycle management and resource allocation.
  • Risk mitigation and compliance with DoD acquisition and governance frameworks.
  • Interagency coordination and DoD contract execution.
  • Performance evaluation and strategic planning.
  • SysEngOps, DevSecOps, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Expertise in SysEngOps, DevSecOps, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in program governance, risk management, and budget oversight.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with senior DoD and interagency stakeholders effectively.

Education

  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and extensive experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) – Required
  • Lean Six (Preferred, Not Required)
  • DAWIA Level III in Program Management (Preferred, Not Required)
  • PgMP (Preferred, Not Required)

Clearance Requirement

An active TS/SCI security clearance is required for on-site duty location.
