Global Medical Response (GMR) is seeking a highly experienced Senior CRM Developer to lead the modernization and transformation of our enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. This role will play a critical part in evaluating, designing, migrating, and implementing a new CRM solution while transitioning from our legacy CRM environment.
JOB SUMMARY:
The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience across multiple CRM platforms, including SalesLogix (Infor CRM), Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and other enterprise CRM solutions. This individual will serve as a technical leader, trusted advisor, and hands-on developer responsible for driving CRM strategy, architecture, integration, customization, data migration, and platform optimization. This position requires strong communication and leadership skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a proven track record of delivering complex CRM initiatives on time and within scope.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
  • Oversight of all aspects of CRM design and development efforts across [COMPANY] and the GMR portfolio of companies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop custom modules, integrations, reports and other needed functionality for CRM and related systems.
  • Manage and oversee all vendors, contractors or other collaborators that are contributing to CRM systems and any other software components related to or integrating with CRM.
  • Will occasionally collaborate with and contribute to other software development team efforts within Global Medical Response (GMR).

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS Experience:
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience developing maintaining and improving corporate CRM systems.
  • Solid general development experience with relevant technologies, i.e., .NET framework.
  • Successful deployment and integration of a corporate CRM and complementary technical solutions.
  • Have collaborated with and /or managed both internal and external development partners on complex development projects and technical solutions.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or four (4) years of equivalent, related experience.
Skills:
  • Solid professional communication skills.
  • Service oriented with desire and drive to solve problems and meet the needs of internal and external customers.
  • Expert level in the following technologies: o InforCRM o Relational Database development, including writing and optimizing complex queries using the SQL Query Language o Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services and related technologies o NET Platform, including the C# programming language, Visual Studio IDE and related tools and practices.
