Job description

We have an outstanding Contract position for a Solution Engineer to join a leading Company located in the Annapolis, MD surrounding area.

Pay Rate: $50 - $60

**US Citizenship is required.**

Responsibilities:
  • Design new solutions that align with COM's Zero Trust security model and secure by design standards.
  • Ensure all new solutions use approved secure systems for data storage, comply with data protection requirements, and incorporate logging, monitoring, and incident response capabilities.
  • Design, implement, and support automated solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
  • Integrate SaaS platforms with on-premises and cloud systems to streamline business and IT processes.
  • Develop and maintain scripting solutions (PowerShell preferred) for automation and system tasks.
  • Build, consume, and troubleshoot REST APIs for system integrations.
  • Support application hosting and administration across Linux and Windows environments.
  • Provide technical expertise in Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions are secure, reliable, and scalable.
  • Document solution designs, workflows, configurations, and operational procedures.

Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience.
  • Preferred Certifications: CCSP (preferred), CompTIA Cloud+.
