The Software Engineering Manager provides leadership and operational oversight for vulnerability remediation, application ownership, and engineering delivery within the GCC operating model. This role is responsible for building and leading high-performing engineering teams while ensuring the stability, security, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications and services.
Key responsibilities and leadership capabilities include:
- Providing technical and people leadership across engineering teams responsible for vulnerability remediation, application support, and service delivery.
- Driving execution, prioritization, and accountability to ensure security, compliance, and operational objectives are achieved.
- Leading onboarding, knowledge management, and capability development initiatives to strengthen organizational effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
- Establishing engineering processes, operational standards, and governance practices that support reliable and scalable delivery.
- Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and resolve delivery risks and issues.
- Building team expertise through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and career development.
- Monitoring operational health, remediation progress, and service quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement and risk reduction.
- Managing resource planning, workforce readiness, and organizational scaling to meet evolving business and technology demands.

  • Manages development projects, development teams and application support functions.
  • Oversees multiple application programming and analysis projects which include development, installation and maintenance of application programs.
