About the Role:

The Research and Development Technician plays a critical role in supporting the innovation and advancement of new products and technologies within the organization. This position involves conducting experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and assisting engineers and scientists in the development process to ensure that projects meet quality and performance standards. The technician will be responsible for maintaining laboratory equipment, preparing materials, and documenting all procedures and results accurately. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to translate research findings into practical applications and improvements. Ultimately, this role contributes to the company’s competitive edge by enabling efficient and effective R&D operations that drive product excellence and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent in a scientific or technical field such as chemistry, biology, engineering technology, or related discipline.
  • Experience working in a laboratory or research environment with hands-on technical skills.
  • Proficiency in using laboratory instruments and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex protocols and procedures.
