Job Title: Powertrain Test Technician
Location: Wyoming, MN (Onsite)

Contract Length: 6 months
Work Arrangement: Full onsite
Core Hours: Day shift [8am-4pm]

Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Powertrain Test Technician to support the development and testing of powertrain systems in a fast-paced product development environment. This role involves working on engines, transmissions, and full vehicle systems, including teardown, rebuild, instrumentation, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about power sports or mechanical systems, and capable of working independently while collaborating with engineering teams on one-off and prototype projects.
Required / Mandatory Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience with small engines or powertrain systems
  • Mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Solid understanding of internal combustion engines, CVTs, and gearcases
  • High attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset
  • Experience with vehicle teardown, assembly, and maintenance
  • Ability to work in a non-repetitive, project-based environment
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
