Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager based in San Francisco, CA, to drive business development for our data center thermal and cooling systems products. This role will focus on expanding our presence in the U.S. market, particularly in the Bay Area, and building strong relationships with key customers in advanced manufacturing and emerging technology sectors.

Location: San Francisco, CA (Frequent domestic travel required; 2-3 business trips to China annually)

Business Focus: Data Center thermal and cooling systems products


Core Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion & Leadership: Fully drive business development in the U.S. market, especially in Bay Area for the above-mentioned sector. Develop new clients, manage key accounts, achieve sales targets, and enhance market share.
  • Strategy & Execution: Conduct market research, formulate regional sales strategies, and oversee the entire sales cycle—including negotiation, contract signing, order fulfillment, and payment collection.
  • Stakeholder Management: Align with client needs, collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions, and actively participate in industry exhibitions and business events to expand partnership resources.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional work experience, with at least 5 years of sales experience in the data center industry.
  • Language: Proficiency in English (fluent in verbal and written business communication).
  • Competencies: Deep understanding of the data center industry. Excellent business development and negotiation skills. Target- oriented, global cross culture teamwork, Ability to adapt to a high-frequency travel schedule.
