Possesses knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and commercial contracting principles. Demonstrates expert skill in managing a personal portfolio. Advises account teams on contract administration matters. Serves as a business advisor to account teams on all parts of Federal contract administration. Handles complex and high-value sub-contract matters that impact Firm revenue and retention. Uses independent judgment and analysis to resolve significant issues. Provides advisory subcontracts support to account leadership. Shapes and strengthens win strategies on Federal engagements. Performs strategic subcontract negotiations and completes various subcontract projects. Connects with strategic subcontract companies and maintains collaborative relationships with them.

Reviews and analyzes subcontracts to ensure understanding and inform the team's strategy. Compiles and analyzes subcontract data. Enters data in several internal databases and maintains historical information and documentation.

Proactively identifies and analyzes subcontracting issues. Solves standard and routine subcontract activities. Keeps teams fully informed on all subcontract standards, plans, and policies. Develops and maintains subcontract files according to government regulations and Deloitte's procurement policies. Ensures timely filing and reporting of subcontract data entry into various systems.   • Review, analyze, and negotiate complex subcontracts to support engagement strategy, revenue objectives, and retention goals.
  • Provide subcontract support to account leadership on federal pursuits, including shaping win strategies and supporting subcontracting approaches.
  • Compile, analyze, and maintain subcontract data, documentation, and historical records across internal systems and databases.
  • Develop and maintain subcontract files, reporting, and process documentation in accordance with government regulations and Deloitte procurement policies.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of professional work experience in subcontracts administration
  • 3+ years of experience supporting the Federal Acquisition Lifecycle 
  • Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • CSR experience
  • Experience supporting DS&J subcontracts
  • Experience with Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Deep experience of federal contracting regulations
  • Desire for continued professional growth

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,300 to $155,400.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
