THE ROLE As the SEO Analyst, you'll support the execution and optimization of search strategies designed to attract, engage, and convert new patients and members. You'll help ensure content is discoverable across traditional search engines, answer engines, and AI-powered generative platforms while partnering closely with marketing, content, and web teams to improve overall digital visibility and performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending analytics, content optimization, technical SEO, and emerging AI search trends in a collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO You'll help drive search visibility and performance by: Supporting SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives Optimizing content for traditional search engines, answer engines, voice search, and AI-powered search experiences Conducting technical SEO audits and implementing recommendations related to site health, page speed, crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals Executing on-page optimization efforts including metadata, headings, internal linking, structured content, and schema markup Performing keyword, topic, and conversational query research Developing SEO content briefs, FAQs, and answer-focused content recommendations Optimizing existing content to improve rankings, engagement, discoverability, and conversions Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics including organic traffic, rankings, conversions, featured snippets, and emerging AI-driven traffic Building and maintaining dashboards using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar tools Conducting competitive analysis to identify opportunities across search, content, answer engines, and AI-generated results Collaborating with content creators, marketers, and developers to implement search best practices Staying current on evolving SEO trends, algorithm updates, answer engines, voice search, and AI-powered search technologies THE QUALIFICATIONS Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, Digital Media, or a related field preferred 2+ years of SEO or digital marketing experience Experience supporting search optimization initiatives and digital marketing programs Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, content, and web teams Skills & Expertise Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including technical SEO and content optimization Foundational knowledge of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) concepts and AI-driven search experiences Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail Experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics Proficiency with Google Search Console Experience using keyword research and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, BrightEdge, Conductor, Screaming Frog, Google Trends, or Google Keyword Planner Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Preferred Qualifications Healthcare, insurance, or consumer brand experience Experience with enterprise SEO platforms such as BrightEdge or Conductor Knowledge of structured data and schema markup Experience optimizing content for voice search and answer engines Exposure to AI-assisted content tools and AI-driven search optimization Experience supporting large-scale digital marketing or content initiatives Ready to join our team of experts.
