You will play a critical role in troubleshooting, prompt engineering, and functional testing within a dynamic and collaborative environment that values innovation and continuous improvement. Responsibilities - Systematically debug complex software issues and conduct in-depth log analysis to ensure product stability. - Perform performance profiling and lead incident response to maintain system resilience. - Design and optimize AI prompts tailored to diverse personas, tasks, and schemas for various models. - Guide and refine model behaviors through few-shot and zero-shot learning strategies. - Integrate prompts with APIs, databases, and external tools to enhance automation and test coverage. - Execute comprehensive functional testing utilizing test management tools such as Jira, Qtest, Merlin, Selenium, and WebdriverIO. - Oversee defect tracking processes, ensuring prompt identification and resolution of issues. - Collaborate closely with development teams throughout the SDLC and STLC for seamless software delivery.
