About the Opportunity:
We're seeking a Staff-Level Product Engineer to join the RF Power Group within Supplier Engineering & Technology (SET). This highly visible role is responsible for driving innovation, technical problem-solving, supplier performance, product quality, and manufacturing excellence across RF power systems that support advanced semiconductor equipment used by the world's leading chip manufacturers.

As a key member of the RF Power SET team, you'll influence product engineering processes, supplier development initiatives, manufacturing improvements, product qualification activities, and lifecycle problem resolution for critical RF power generators, matching networks, filters, and distribution systems.

What You'll Do:
  • Support RF power system product development, qualification, manufacturing, and supplier engineering activities.
  • Lead investigations and resolution of component, product, manufacturing, quality, and supplier issues throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Drive Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) activities and supplier quality improvements.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives and product qualification programs.
  • Evaluate and improve supplier manufacturing processes, testing methodologies, process controls, and quality systems.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, contract manufacturers, quality teams, and engineering organizations to improve reliability and performance.
  • Lead technical projects and supplier performance improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and deploy Best Known Methods (BKMs), corrective actions, process improvements, and lessons learned.
  • Support product lifecycle activities including specification development, manufacturing support, testing, reliability analysis, and systems integration.
  • Present technical findings, recommendations, and program updates to leadership and stakeholders.

What You'll Bring:
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Engineering, RF Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supplier Engineering, Quality Engineering, Semiconductor Equipment, or related technical fields.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting semiconductor equipment, semiconductor manufacturing operations, or capital equipment environments.
  • 5+ years of experience troubleshooting system-level and component-level electrical or RF power systems.
  • 5+ years of experience working with suppliers, contract manufacturers, or supplier quality organizations.
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional engineering projects, supplier improvements, or NPI initiatives.
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
