Learning Experience Designer (Compliance) - Contract
Location: Hybrid (Onsite Tuesdays & Wednesdays)
Soni is seeking a
Learning Experience Designer to create engaging, scalable learning solutions that support enterprise compliance initiatives. In this role, you'll design, develop, and maintain eLearning, microlearning, videos, and communications that help employees understand company policies, ethics, and compliance requirements.
You'll partner closely with Compliance, Legal, HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate complex information into engaging, accessible learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop eLearning, microlearning, videos, job aids, and other learning assets.
- Lead the annual review, refresh, development, and deployment of enterprise compliance training programs.
- Create learning campaigns that reinforce compliance concepts through realistic workplace scenarios.
- Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and translate complex policies into effective learning solutions.
- Develop storyboards, scripts, assessments, multimedia assets, and supporting learning materials.
- Produce and edit instructional videos, graphics, animations, and other digital content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from intake through development, stakeholder review, revisions, and deployment.
- Coordinate localization efforts by partnering with translation vendors and internal stakeholders to support multilingual learning.
- Work with LMS and technical teams to publish, test, troubleshoot, and deploy learning content.
- Maintain organized project documentation, source files, templates, and content libraries.
Qualifications:
- Experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or corporate learning.
- Strong experience designing eLearning, microlearning, video-based learning, and multimedia content.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting compliance, ethics, legal, risk, or policy-related learning initiatives is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting content localization and translation workflows is a plus.

- Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and Review 360
- Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and After Effects
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM publishing standards
Compensation: $25 - $30/ Hr
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
