This is a hybrid position with an expectation to be in our Fort Wayne, IN office a minimum of two days per week. This position does not qualify for relocation assistance. Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering DMA’s technology solutions and services. This role manages resources, timelines, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project outcomes. The Project Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to define requirements, coordinate releases, and maintain alignment with strategic goals.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Scope, plan, and execute projects in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Establish realistic estimates and timelines; ensure projects remain on target.
  • Coordinate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources.
  • Collaborate with product owners, subject matter experts, and clients to define functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and QA/QC meetings.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to coach and motivate team members.
  • Oversee deployment of solution upgrades, enhancements, and fixes.
  • Ensure documentation is prepared and published.
  • Facilitate communication across distributed teams to optimize resource utilization.
  • Provide project status reports to business leadership.
Education And Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of project management or leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and experience supporting client-facing solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira and MS Project.
  • PMP certification through PMI is a plus and encouraged for professional development.
