Kelly Services is hiring a CDL Driver / Hoisting Operator for a fence company near Middleborough. This is a great opportunity for someone with a CDL and hoisting experience who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, operating equipment, and supporting fence and guardrail installation projects.

DIRECT HIRE
Location: Middleborough, MA / On the road
Base Pay: $25–$30 per hour, minimal BASE PAY (many jobs project based pay)
Additional Pay Opportunity: Many projects are performed under government or prevailing-wage contracts and may pay above the standard base rate. Actual pay may vary by project, contract requirements, and applicable wage determinations.
Schedule: Full-time

What you’ll be doing:
  • Driving company vehicles and transporting materials to job sites
  • Operating machinery and equipment to support fence and guardrail installation
  • Digging holes, setting posts, moving materials, and assisting installation crews
  • Loading, unloading, and moving heavy materials between trucks and worksites
  • Using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
  • Supporting installation of fence, guardrail, and related materials
  • Working in a physically demanding outdoor construction environment
  • Following safety procedures and maintaining a high-quality work standard
This job might be a great fit if you:
  • Have a CDL Class A or B license
  • Have or can obtain a DOT Medical Certificate
  • Have a Hoisting License 2A and/or 1C, preferred
  • Have OSHA 10 certification, preferred

  • Can lift 45 lbs. consistently and up to 95 lbs.
