Direct Hire Respiratory Therapist — Tampa, FL (Full-Time, Permanent)
Position: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) / Respiratory Therapist
Location: Tampa, Florida, United States
Employment Type: Direct Hire / Full-Time / Permanent
Schedule: Day, Night, or Rotating Shifts (depending on facility needs)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) with potential sign-on bonus and benefits for eligible candidates
Responsibilities
Evaluate and implement respiratory care plans for patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions.
Administer respiratory therapy treatments (oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, airway management).
Monitor ventilator settings and patient response to therapy.
Perform pulmonary function testing and blood gas analysis.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Valid Florida Respiratory Care Practitioner License (RCP).
