PRIDE Health is seeking a local contract nurse RN Home Health for a local contract nursing job in Clinton, Mississippi.

Pride health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse to join our client's home health program in a growing care team serving patients.

Travel Pay: $2,550/week Gross
Local Pay: $50–$59/hr (W-2)
 

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Contract Duration: 3+ Months (Possible extension and conversion into a permanent role)

Location: Clinton, MS, USA, 39056; Coverage Area: Jackson, Clinton, Vicksburg, Bolton, Edwards, Raymond, Utica.

  • No mandatory on-call or weekend requirements (optional if desired).

Schedule:

  • Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Productivity: 30 points/week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients.
  • Complete patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments.
  • Document patient care accurately in Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and home care.

Requirements:

  • Active RN License.
  • Previous Home Health experience required.
  • Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Additional Information:

  • Mileage reimbursement provided between patient visits. ($0.48/Miles)
  • Scrub Color: Royal Blue.
