Excellence in communication skills and client and consultant interactions is required. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong technical knowledge of current analysis and production software.

Responsibilities include:- Work collaboratively with Project Managers, firm leadership, and team members across all disciplines.
- Frequent client and consultant interactions.
- Produce accurate technical and contract documentation.
- Mentor young professionals along their engineering career path.
- Ability to market and bring in structural-led projects.
- Accredited undergraduate or master’s degree in Structural Engineering
- 7+ years of professional experience
- Professional Engineering and/or Structural Engineering License
- Revit and RISA design suite experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in all phases of project design, construction observation, and cost estimation
- Strong portfolio of previous projects
