Position Summary:
The Transaction Processor Associate III reports to the Transaction Processing Supervisor and is responsible for supporting various transaction processing projects. This role involves researching, analyzing, and updating consumer information using multiple systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position also provides support for open enrollment transaction processing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a professional attitude and demeanor when interacting with employees, consumers, Access Health, DSS, and all project-related activities.
* Process all assigned transactions accurately and in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
* Meet or exceed daily productivity standards for all assigned tasks.
* Achieve quality performance standards as defined in the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) with no errors.
* Deliver exemplary customer service to both internal and external stakeholders while consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of all procedures and operating systems required to perform assigned responsibilities.
* Complete assigned tasks within established contract timelines.
* Report to work on time and be prepared to perform all daily responsibilities at the beginning of each shift.
* Consistently demonstrate reliability, accountability, and a positive attitude toward all assigned work.
* Adhere to all Project Site Attendance Policies.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
* College degree preferred.
* Eligibility Determination and/or Transaction Processing experience preferred.
Required Skills & Abilities:
* Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute (WPM).
* Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, remain flexible, and adapt to changing business needs.
* Proficiency with, or the ability to be trained on, company-standard software and PC systems.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply ongoing feedback.
* Ability to achieve results through knowledge, commitment, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.
* Ability to work at a sustained pace while meeting production goals and maintaining high-quality standards.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify, document, and correct quality issues.
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision following initial training.
Physical Requirements:
* Regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers to operate equipment, and reach with hands and arms.
* Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, or hear.
* Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
* Must have close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
* Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
* Overtime may be required, including daytime, evening, and occasional weekend hours.
