Mercedes Benz - Project / Reporting Specialist


This project mainly focuses on:

  • reporting and dashboard management via Power BI
  • project management.
  • data consolidation


Position Details:


  • Location: MBUSI - VANCE, AL
  • Schedule: Day Shift
  • Core working Hours: 7:00am – 4:30pm


Job overview:


Under general supervision, the position is responsible for being a governance function that supports ITO/PT in the financial and contractual aspects and with its associated service providers (Mercedes-Benz and External). The position also oversees the upcoming and ongoing project governance and timelines, and ensures quality in documentation and reporting. The position supports in efforts to stabilze the transformation of IT services to TAF Partner.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and align all aspects of financial planning on a management level and with local as well as central controlling.
  • Ensure up-to-date SLA/contract management considering all aspects of service requesting and service invoicing/payment, as well as creating delegated buyer PR's for the department
  • Provide budget transparency to local management using different technologies/solutions.
  • Ensure compliant documentation of projects in regards to scope, timelines, quality gates, closure.
  • Lead/facilitate alignment meetings with sustainable task tracking.
  • Overall support for stabilization of IT services after the transition to TAF Partner &
  • enhancement/improvement of services provided
  • Provide Governance support and guidance to MBUSI project managers to ensure proper project documentation


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT, or Computer Science
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the area of Project Management, Power BI, Data Consolidation
