• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address the diverse needs of clients.
• Deliver counseling sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to the client’s specific circumstances and preferences.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate and implement positive behavior support plans, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
• Complete all necessary documentation accurately and timely, adhering to regulatory and organizational standards.
• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the highest quality of service delivery.
• Act as a liaison for clients with various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive support.
• Maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders to enhance program development and ensure contract compliance.
• Engage with community organizations to foster partnerships that promote mental health awareness and ensure accessible resources for clients.
• Continuously pursue professional development opportunities, such as attending conferences and training sessions to sharpen your expertise.

Your primary focus will be on supporting individuals dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, understanding the unique barriers they face and tailoring your intervention strategies to empower their recovery journey. • A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required to ensure that all counselors have a strong foundation in mental health practices.
• An Independent LMHC license is mandatory, demonstrating your capability to practice autonomously.

• Strong collaboration skills necessary for working effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication abilities, allowing for the clear expression of ideas and treatment plans to patients and colleagues.
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills based on professional expertise in the mental health field.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices is highly desirable, as this role is conducted virtually.
• Familiarity with evidence-based screening tools and treatment methodologies that enhance patient engagement and outcomes.
• Previous experience working in a collaborative environment within mental health services will be beneficial.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 86,000 to 103,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Grace Hospital provides a comprehensive benefits package, including:
